Agreed on all counts. Just because they can, doesn't mean they should. That's up to them to decide. I've never let that stuff bother me, so I'd buy it anyway if it was any good.

I was kind of holding out hope that publishers wouldn't do it, but after reading that Peter Moore interview yesterday, I know they're at least considering it. It'll be kind of funny to see if publishers are willing to try it and if so, which publisher shoots first.
