I went through and did the in season progresson for UGA based off teambuilder and then the freshman video that was posted on here. I did this for 28 guys and I'll go back and get the awr and overall for the other guys if I need to. Most of the guys I did are all from the top end of the returning roster. This was a user controlled team with everything simmed and done by the computer.
Speed = 23 players with +1 & 0 for 2 players
Strength = 7 players with +2, 18 players with 1, 3 players with 0
Agility = 26 players with +1 &1 with 0
Accel = 17 players with +2 = 11 players with +1

If this has been previously covered my bad, but has anyone been able to gauge how likely as a OD/DC you are to get an offer from your alma mater if you are successful? Is it a noticeable difference?
I guess what I'm asking is, will your alma mater go a little out of their way to offer you as compared to other schools?
The one issue a lot of OD's are looking at is whether the carousel logic for getting offers is reasonable, or if it's too easy to to climb the ranks and so a house rule might be needed. For example, if a year 1 coach starts at a 3 star team and immediately takes that team to the NC, how likely is it that he will he get a HC or OC/DC offer from a 5 star team for year 2?
I heard the Alma Mater thing is the biggest influence schools will take into consideration among the other things that go into it like playbook style you run but still it comes down to your coach's prestige. Basically it's good to put the school you want to end up at eventually as your Alma Mater but that alone doesn't guarantee you they will hire you, but it may be the deciding factor between you and another candidate that are neck and neck.
Well in our OD we have some house rules. If your going from coordinator to coordinator or head coach to head coach you can only move up +difference from your previous job. If your going up from coordinator to head coach though you can only go up +
difference from your previous job. Also the school prestige may change so it always goes by what the school was rated when you got there. And obviously no restrictions for taking a lesser job and moving down.

A technical question:
In '11, if your team's prestige level increased based on what you accomplished during the season, it would be immediately reflected once the offseason started. So, for example, when you started offseason recruiting, your team would show as (prestige during the season plus one). Does the coaching carousel step fall under the offseason in the same way, so that changes in team prestige up or down would be reflected at the time schools are filling positions? Ex: Florida is a 6 star school in year one, but say for whatever reason they have a horrible season, fire their coach, and would drop to 5 stars for year 2. If you received an offer from Florida after season 1, would it show Florida as a 6 star school or 5 star school? Hope I'm not being confusing.

Still working through some sims to get a better feel for things. There are a few things I'm not confident in but want to discuss those with the devs. That said, I'll answer what I am confident in.
1) In 2016, there's probably too many 99 players. I don't have a specific count but in the default roster there is one. There were at least 4-5 as I went through them last night. I'm going to keep an eye on it and pass notes onto the devs as necessary.
2) Can't really compare since there isn't a way to sort by year.
3) RBs, WRs, etc. have appropriate ACC & AGI. RBs have potential to have both good ACC & AGI whereas WRs have potential for good ACC but less likely for good AGI. We made sure this was one of the notes we gave the devs at a community event dedicated to Dynasty. It seems considerably better.
4) Not certain on this either way... there are some speed guys with AGI & ACC but not sure if you'll have guys like Robinson early in their career or not.
5) Didn't really look at this one yet
6) I'm still looking at this one... it's a bit harder with Coaching Carousel since their philosophies can change every season.
I'm still doing some sims and plan to update some stuff once I get to 2021 (ten complete seasons). I have some notes that I'll pass along to the devs.
First time I went looking for one but... I found a recruit with the last name Gschwend. Just wanted to confirm that yes, those last names submitted a couple of years ago for audio recording are now in the recruit & coach name database.
Anything on the player transfers in dynasty mode yet?
Transfers were in last year, no reason they wouldn't be again this year
