To do what you're talking about, I think, they'd have to have two different kinds of "no huddle". After all, in the two minute drill you wouldn't expect to see teams looking to the sidelines on every play. Whereas during regular gameplay, you do expect to see Oregon, Auburn, etc, looking to the sidelines.
They POSSIBLY could adjust the time that they take between picking a play and snapping the ball but I think in a lot of these videos we've seen, most of the teams run "NASCAR" style no huddle so their intention is to snap it as quickly as possible.
