What browser are you guys using? I've had no issues at all with Firefox 3.x or Firefox 4.x and I edit my stuff all the time (usually quickly enough where it doesn't even show up as an edit).
Edit: And I just went back, and edited this in after a few minutes and it's working perfectly fine. Takes me to the advanced post section and everything immediately. Not sure what the issue is.

Works perfect for me every time with Firefox.
Hmm... the quick edit feature doesn't appear to be working for me at all either. Editing works after a few minutes where when you click the edit post button it takes you directly to the advanced section but not the quick edit stuff at all. Weird.
So when you click Edit Post, you go straight to the Advanced screen automatically? Has that always been the case? That would be a rather significant difference.
EDIT: There does seem to be a fundamental difference between Edit Post behavior for Firefox users and other browsers.

I still had trouble- could not- edit last night
I believe I now have the Edit capability working properly. To fix it, I had to recreate the Bullish skin (now called Bullish v2). I deleted the original Bullish skin and set the v2 to the default which should set everyone to that as well.
If you're still having problems editing, first make sure that you're on Bullish v2 (look at the bottom of the page) and if it still doesn't work, let me know.
Just for the record, I don't see the option anymore to change the skin at the bottom of the page, if one wanted to switched from Bullish v2 to something else.
The very bottom bar, where it says
On the left side of that bar, there is usually a drop down menu to select what skin you want to use if you want something other than the default. However, it's not there at the moment, so settings or something got changed somewhere that is disabling it from showing up.Contact Us The Gaming Tailgate Archive Top
I don't know if this is known, but if you select the Default skin, it doesn't have the normal header at the top. It just says vBulletin.
That's interesting. Usually the forum installation replaces the header with an image of your choice. I guess it quite literally means "Default" in this case.

Well, for the Default, to ensure that it worked properly I actually had to have the software create a fresh skin from scratch (no customizations to ensure nothing was broken). It obviously did so using just the vBulletin logo. Making the default as a selection is 100% temporary. In fact, I'm working on a Bullish v2 Fixed width style and once it's complete, I'll hide the default.
