I completely see the point behind what IGN was saying, which is rare, because most of their articles are horrible and riddled with moronic comments and statements by their writers. If you're not going to bundle the camera, why even waste your time trying to sell it? No one is going to buy it because no developers are going to support it, and no developers are going to support it because no one is going to buy it.

I don't think they were fan boy comments at all. It's going to be a virtually non supported accessory simply because it isn't bundled. With Kinect, it's coming with every console that's sold. Developers know that everyone has one and they're going to be more willing to support it. With Sony's camera, the install base is going to be fractured.

Personally, I don't care about motion controls and cameras, so I'd rather have the $100 cheaper price tag, however, the article is dead on.
