Same ship for most of the preorders I saw. Amazon has it, plus you get 20% off the game if you live in America!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People have too much time on their hands. Remember that movie, Event Horizon?

Sorry, I missed what you were saying. I was too busy enjoying my free healthcare and safe clean air.

Image not showing up. Linking image directly from a site is always a gamble. Hence sites like Imgur!

USA to the rescue, as always!

Well it looks like No Man's Sky has been officially preloaded. My son is on the PS4 and the first tile is No Man's Sky. The countdown is on.

I have it pre ordered from Eb games as well. Picking it up Tuesday at lunch. I may even give this game a shot.

I think it will sell very well and get metacritic scores in the 70s. The potential to be repetitive and boring worries me. Hopefully they keep patching things.

planets have a wider diversity of creatures, and those creatures now have a diet, where proper feeding enables their assistance.
Wonder if that means a species could become extinct.

Like I said in an earlier post... this was the game I dreamed of as a kid. Exploring a "real" universe the way I want to do it.

    Sometimes I hate people...

Most common names planets thus far... "Planet McPlanety Face"

The chances of two players ever crossing paths in a universe this large is pretty much zero.
To be super clear - No Man's Sky is not a multiplayer game. Please don't go in looking for that experience.

Well thankfully you probably won't run into someone else's planet, I dunno if I will change the names, don't they have a default name to start with?

Fixed. I do not recall him ever saying otherwise. The fact he needs to say it again makes me cry for humanity.

I was hoping that the planets would be auto-named. Sigh.

I'll be looking for impressions for you guys too. I'm super interested but I'm skeptical enough not to pull the trigger yet.
