That's definitely a photoshop, but yeah, it should be like one of those cow or pig diagrams where it shows you what part is what (hindquarter, flank, etc) but it's all the stomach and it shows what the dude ate to make him that fat where. Lord knows most of mine would be fuckin' Wendys...
