I don't really have a problem with what happened in the burbs. If you're comparing Andrea flipping a switch and being a sharpshooter not realistic, well zombies aren't realistic either
I could have sworn in the woods Shane was going to kill Dale. But again it seemed to obvious after their tiff by the camper, so I guess it shouldn't have surprised me that it didn't come to that.
At first, I thought Shane would get back to being somewhat sane after killing all the walkers in the barn, but I watched the previews to the 2nd half of the season, and it definitely gets much worse. And I think it's mainly because he loves Lori.
Last night, at least the whole pregnant thing was on the backburner. I think now it will be a pretty interesting part of the show now that everyone quit skirting around the issues and everything is mostly out in the open.
The final sequence where Shane went nuts was awesome. Very cool scene mowing down the walkers. I thought by doing so one of them was going to get killed, mainly Herschel or Carol. It was kinda obvious that Sophia was in the barn, but still it was a great and dramatic part at the end of the show. It should make sense to everyone why this was drug out to have that key scene...I loved it. By having that shootout at the barn, I have a good feeling that the farm is going to be a huge target now.
I'm in the minority in this site here as I have been very pleased with this season. I honestly didn't think they drug out trying to find Sophia. People are so used to plots being rushed, but then where are you after you rush through that plot? The pacing has been one of the best things about this show outside of the character development. Of all the characters that really didn't seemed developed, Dale really hit his stride the last couple of episodes.
