FIFA 15 is now the latest EA title to join The Vault as part of EA Access.

For $30 a year (or $5 a month) Xbox One users can play EA titles for 6-10 hours early before retail release while older titles are added throughout the year into The Vault. Titles added to The Vault are full retail versions of games that users can play so long as they remain subscribed to the EA Access service. Other recent EA SPORTS titles added to The Vault include Madden NFL 15, NBA LIVE 15, NHL 15, and EA SPORTS UFC.

The timing of FIFA 15 being added to The Vault coincides with a FIFA Ultimate Team Community Weekend May 8-10 where users can receive free packs, big tournament rewards, as well as special FUT pack offers. ...

Voting for the next Madden NFL cover athlete is now underway. The four candidates are NYG WR Odell Beckham Jr., PIT WR Antonio Brown, NE TE Rob Gronkowski, and ARI DB Patrick Peterson.

In order to vote, you’ll need a copy of Madden NFL Mobile and/or Madden NFL 15. For mobile players, you’ll get one vote per day, earned by logging in. More can be earned by completing Live events.

For Madden Ultimate Team players, you’ll get one vote for logging in. Another four can be earned by playing four different Solo challenges.

The first round ends on Monday, May 11. Two finalists will be announced the following day, with votes taken on ESPN.com on May 13.

As the NBA playoffs heat up, NBA Live 15's weekly roster reflects the latest happenings on the court. In their blog entry, the dev team highlights the play (and subsequent rating improvements) of the Spurs' Patty Mills and the Pelicans' Eric Gordon.

Through five games, Mills has connected on 59% of his three-point attempts leading to ten points in ratings improvements. Despite being swept by the Warriors, Gordon played well in averaging nearly 18 PPG and hit 42% of his shots from downtown which led to 17 points in rating increases. ...

A new game update is now available for Madden NFL 15.

The known improvements are few:

- Player Likeness: Likeness update for Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota
- Store Improvements: Easy links to upgrade to Madden 16!

It seems a safe bet to assume that the facescans of Winston and Mariota will be added to the game as part of the Madden Ultimate Team NFL Draft content coming April 30.

Polygon has acquired (via a leak) a look at the NBA 2K16 cover athletes and early social media marketing for the game.

Cover athletes for the game will be Steph Curry, James Harden, and Kevin Durant. Worth noting is the text on the cover: "Be the Story" and that the game features "A Spike Lee Joint." Early community speculation focuses on Lee being involved with MyCareer mode.

While the text is too small to read, it appears that the text on the top of the cover replicates that of a movie poster. Perhaps these three individuals are the primary players in a MyCareer mode influenced by Spike Lee that plays out like a movie.

Through a trailer and blog, EA SPORTS has revaled many of the gameplay features coming to Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR.

The game will feature three gameplay styles: Arcade, Classic, and Tour. Arcade uses a simple analog swing mechanic and allows aids auch as power boost, spin, and aiming arc. Classic features the old-school three-click methodology of clicking X/A to start the meter, select power, then accuracy. Tour is for game experts as the analog swing determines power and accuracy and there are no assists available. Users can also customize their preferred gameplay style among options from all three default options.
