Go to dynasty.ea.com and sign in. Make sure you have this OD selected.
On the left column, scroll down to E-Mail Settings and click Update.
Select the info you want e-mails for then hit Save Settings.

There is a bug in OD where injuries don't carry over, so you may be OK. I don't know if it is a universal issue or what.
