Road to Glory Skill Upgrades

I was searching around for a comprehensive list of the different skill upgrades that become available in road to glory but couldn't find one, so I figured we could start one here.

Post some of the more rare ones that you have seen.

The rarest one I've seen is this one.

Career Boost
Agility to 99, Speed to 99, Acceleration to 99

Wow. Now that is an upgrade. For such a massive, permanent boost, that has got to be one so rare that you could play 5 full, entire 4 year RTG careers, and never see it.

Does your player get suspended for the rest of the season for a drug violation for using steroids after using that upgrade?
