@ Jeff did you take a look at the transfers each year? Just want to know if the transfer issue from last year is fixed.

    Thanks for the reply!

That didn't happen last year. I took on a heavy amount of 3-star players in my first season, and I suffered for it. They all started low in OVR and progressed horribly.
This is going to decide online dynasties this year. Please EA dont mess this up for us.

I didn't. I was trying to get through dynasties generally as quickly as possible. I think I have saves from each season preserved, so I may be able to go back and look at the transfers tomorrow.

Not sure if this was answered but I know it was asked a few pages ago. Coordinator jobs do have win clauses in their contracts. I just started a dynasty with Idaho DC, and I have a nice impact if I hit 8 wins...but I don't have a negative impact if I don't. I think that is the difference between a coordinator and head coach. Having that negative impact if you don't hit the wins goal.

What's the conference scheduling like for a 16-team conference?

Getting this from the EA blog:
16 schools – 9 conference games. With protected rivals you will have 7 division games, 1 protected rival, and 1 rotating cross division opponent. Without protected rivals you will have 7 division games and 2 rotating cross division games.

I wouldn't call it "fixed", but it does seem better than it was last year. In year 1 there were 26 transfers. Year 2 saw 13. Not where it would be in an ideal world, but that at least feels better.

Don't think I like that too much. An amazing offense (user) and the cpu defense... as Idaho that would be tough and having no control to impact the other side of the ball???

Well I think if a team doesn't reach four wins, EVERYONE should be on the hook, head coach, coordinators, players, hot dog vendors....

Okay thanks I appreciate it. You're right not ideal, but I can live with that.

They were better and usable/reliable after 2 or 3 yrs, so not completely useless, but I at least never saw a 3 star that was great at any one skill in his ratings. I think this is what was meant by "competitive". Able to "compete" for a role based on a particular skill set in year 1 against higher rated or older players and a bigger conference generally speaking.

I could see this becoming a problem though, mostly at the 6* prestige schools. Take Texas' 2010 season for example. Mack Brown started the season with what would probably have been considered close to 100% job security, so he was able to keep his job even after a disapointing 5 win season. Now, if something like that happened in an NCAA 12 dynasty where Texas Coach/Mack Brown started with a 56% job security, 5 wins might get him fired.
