Do fade routes actually work the way they suppose to ? As in a jump ball situation ?
How is the lead passing ? Last year in NCAA 11 I felt it was kind of too stiff. You had to jam the stick way too hard to lead a guy.
How is the upper body movement when it comes to shielding the ball to the left or right when you press up left or up right on the right stick ? Is it improved ? Didn't really work that well last year, it was quite unresponsive.
1) Posted this quick clip the other day... there appear to be more jump ball animations added as well.

2) I didn't have exactly the same experience with 11 so I'm not the best to judge... I feel I have decent control over leading a receiver this year. Not sure that it's perfect but then again I haven't played with any elite QBs either.
3) I haven't done much with that so far this year... last year I didn't find it too hard, the only time I struggled is when I tried to do it too quickly, in other words jamming right-stick to 2 o'clock instead of how I think it's supposed to work in that going to 12 o'clock, then transitioning to 2 o'clock
Michigan (me) at Notre Dame (CPU)
One thing to note, I had to cut a couple of special teams segments in order to fit the beginning and the ending I wanted.

Got my first win! Baylor over Texas Tech. Finally got the monkey off my back!![]()
That clip certainly looked like a nice jump ball.....it would be interesting to see how differently-rated CBs play it.1) Posted this quick clip the other day... there appear to be more jump ball animations added as well.
For the record, that jump ball was in NCAA 11. The key is to tap the pass button & the just don't touch anything and see what happens. I would agree that I'd like to see a better developed fade & fade stop system put in but it has been possible since last year to run that exact play.
At 9:20 of the ND Michigan Game the announcer says something clueless.
Throwing on the run seems to be a little bit too accurate. I wish NCAA 12 had Madden's throwing attributes. They really need to expand the attributes. THP and THA isn't enough. Because grant it you have some QBs that can throw on the run, but then you have others like Michigan's #16 who can't. And over all he isn't that good at throwing the ball deep period.
But there is no way in NCAA to seperate the QBs who can throw deep, medium, short or on the run.
Wait, Denard can't throw on the run?

You can have the deep ball because you are right.
Especially in RTG, I've thrown on the run and have thrown absolute crap passes....
Yeah, I didn't think it really worked right, so I didn't bother.![]()
What is QB DART and how does it work, and does it work in Ncaa?
F its the read of the DT instead of the DE, but I don't remember seeing it in use.
Err, it might be QB WRAP

After watching the Oregon/Auburn video, it is apparent that MOST of the time the CPU will go no huddle and snap the ball within 2 seconds (sometimes even less). Is it possible for them to have the CPU look to the sidelines EVERYTIME or CLOSE to everytime, or do they have to patch something like this?
They'd have to change the design of the no huddle system, I believe. This is the same behavior as in NCAA '11. They only look to the sidelines if you call an audible.
To do what you're talking about, I think, they'd have to have two different kinds of "no huddle". After all, in the two minute drill you wouldn't expect to see teams looking to the sidelines on every play. Whereas during regular gameplay, you do expect to see Oregon, Auburn, etc, looking to the sidelines.
