It makes you wonder what goes on in people's head. You would think a pro wrestler would jump at the chance to work a match in the biggest PPV of the year. Plus be given a spot in the HOF.

Sting must have a ton of money or his ego is so big he won't allow himself to work for WWE. There's nothing TNA could offer to replace those two things IMO.
