Lol. That post was more for the "yeah, 'cause there's no way history would repeat itself" factor. I wasn't actually predicting success.

Has nothing to do with being chicken either. I just got tired of making picks every Saturday morning before the game. Wanted to relax on my Saturdays. So I quit all my pick'ems and all my Fantasy Leagues.

That's why I make these picks on Monday or Tuesday and with no research/handicapping.

I do mine during the week but usually it's a fairly mindless process. I rarely change anything come Saturday, though I do check in on them occasionally throughout the day and particularly at the end of the night.

I waited at least until Phil Steele's picks came out ... those are on Thursday or Friday, I want to say. But the real reality of it is that I didn't usually have that much time on my PC until Saturday mornings. I've got more this year, but still don't get much done during the week.
