If the OS rosters that are updated for this upcoming season are pretty good, would you guys like to start over? Or would you like just like keep going on with this set up long term? I'm fine either way.

I think if we can find a solid group (8-12) to participate, then I'm OK with starting over so that others can join and get Coach XP. I would find a different team.

The only reason I would want to start over is for those that can't get XP. From a player standpoint I'd like to roll with my current team.
Same here... I want to keep my team. Maybe we could even edit our teams into the new rosters.
That might not be a bad idea. Do we only have 1 user that can't earn XP? Pretty sure everyone else is from the beginning
If someone wants to take the time to do that, we could try it. I think between just keeping this pace and editing rosters, it would be just better to stay with where we are at.

If everyone wanted that and maybe if we found some new blood, I would've mind doing the rosters to being in our teams.
I would say play one final season after we finish this one, so I can finally play UT at A&M lol. Then start over with new teams and rosters.
As the new guy, I'm good either way. I really wanted to be Ohio St considering they are my favorite team, but it does suck not getting coaching XP points only because I think it plays a lot in recruiting. I would like maybe play one more year with these teams, and once its gets closer to the actual season, download the 2014 rosters and start over?
The lack of coach XP is a problem for Marcotte. Is there anyone else having issues?
I am coming back to the OD here, I just needed a breather for a couple of weeks. I like my team and wouldn't mind rolling onward with them but I also don't want someone to be leveraged recruiting either.
It's really looking like there isn't a consensus, so we'll just keep trucking along as far as we can take the OD.

If/when we start over, are we going to keep the same set up with the custom conferences, or keep the real conferences and just decide on what teams to choose from?
I really would like to get coaching points, being committed to this dynasty, I think we should start over and use the 2014 rosters. Like what G said, it looks like we have a pretty good core 8 players and we can keep this this rolling fairly quick. Granted I would still like to be Ohio St if possible, but if I need to switch, I can.
This is just my opinion, I say we start over with new rosters and keep real life conference format.

I know it's past the point now. But the reason I left was because of not gettin any coaching xp. Hard to continue to compete with you guys when is never got anything as far as xp goes. I would join again if it was from the start
Im in the same boat. I feel like im so far behind when it comes to recruiting.
And then in big games will come game management and all the other stuff. Can't compete with these guys
This doesn't exactly count as new blood, but if you guys start over with 2014 rosters, I'd appreciate someone checking with me, just to see if I'm available. Life's changed a lot over the last year, but I do miss playing and who knows what my schedule will be in a month or two.
