Renegade Ops is pretty fun. If you ever played the NES game Jackal (where you drive jeeps around), it's quite similar to that but with modern updates. I think there is a demo to try first.
LEGO Marvel and PS All-Stars are both great.

Fat Princess is really fun if it still has an online community. Castle Crashers is definitely worth it. PS All Stars is a good deal at $10, although it gets old really quick.

That LEGO Marvel game is super frustrating to me. There is always a place on pretty much every level when I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to advance.
Not as good as Heavy Rain but I enjoyed it. For anyone still buying/playing PS3 games might be worth a look esp. if you enjoyed Heavy Rain.
I'm still playing a LOT of PS3.
