Hit detection is the huge thing I've noticed. On PS3 and Xbox One, it's pretty well on the notch. On PS4, I use the M16 because automatic fire is basically worthless. Unless you're right up close, a lot of the rounds wont even register as hitting, even though you're clearly hitting the person.
There was also a ton of connection issues the first several days, but that seems to have cleared up recently.
I haven't seen the one shot glitch on Xbox One, either, so maybe that was confined to certain versions. I don't know.
All the versions are a lot buggier and a lot more unbalanced than I would like them to be. After they were done patching Battlefield 3, it was a pretty good experience so I'm hoping the same rings true for Battlefield 4 once they get some patches in and get some things balanced out.
