Question for you IT experts: What kind of upload speeds do you need for a decent stream on Ustream/Twitch on PS4.

My AT&T Uverse is usually 12 Mbps download and 1.5 Mbps upload.




Also, I previously had better download speeds but the upload speeds has always been around 1.5. Should I consider switching ISPs?
