Maryland gets a 24-3 win over FSU and clinches the ACC Atlantic. Da Rel Scott got injured yet again, so only got about 20 yards in the game.

I'll try to make it to the title game so we can have an epic battle again

Well CDJ and I can't even get to the point of connection, we can't get past the "team select" screen. To one guy it's normal, to the other, the opponent never leaves the "waiting for opponent" stage. I've e-mailed the devs to hopefully get a quick resolution on this since both of our connections are opened up. But this isn't even a connection issue, it's a syncing issue.

is it the same no matter who initiates the game?(who starts and send the invite) I've had some user games in other OD who one person couldn't host it for whatever reason, but if the other person started the game, they would be able to play.

Yeah same result regardless of who invites. You'll have to sit in suspense longer for your ACC Conference Championship opponent

Da Rel Scott is just cursed this season. injured for the game yet again, this time after 5 carries, 63 yards and 2 TDs. 3rd straight game for him being injured and out of the game in the 1st quarter.

Maryland finishes off the ACC schedule with a 42-21 win against rival NC State. offense was on roll in this game. defense had some issues at times, mostly against the pass, but played good enough to get the win. Maryland moves to 9-2 in the season and both loses came in OT games. a very good season for the Terps.

Jamarr Robinson was credited with the player of the game after going 16-22(72%) 278 yards 1 TD, 3 carries 26 yards rush 1 TD. Meggett and Scott both had 2 rush TDs. WR Torrey Smith had 8 catches 198 yards 1 TD. defensively, MLB Alex Wujciak got 8 solo tackles(10 total).

Northwestern stumbles in their season ending match-up with Wisconsin. Evan Watkins who had filled in so well for injured starter Dan Persa finally saw his luck run out as he threw three picks and the Northwestern offense struggled early. The 14-0 hole was to much for the Wildcats to make up as they fell 27-17 to the Badgers to fall to 9-3 overall and 6-2 in conference.

So instead of finishing second in the Big Ten the Wildcats now face a fourth place finish in the Big Ten and a possible date in the Gator Bowl.

    Insane game against Virginia today.

The majority of the first half saw VT with fumbles and EVERY time UVA would either take it all the way back or drive down with a short field to get a TD. For the game, VT had five turnovers giving Virginia 35 points - at one point in the first half, VT was down 35-7. Finally, late in the game VT gets to the 6 yard line, trailing 45-42 with no timeouts and the clock at :13 and running - so I kicked a FG to force OT.

In OT, UVA scores a TD to start and go up 52-45. On 3rd down from the 12, I tossed an INT which they of course returned all the way back for the fifth turnover of the game and a 58-45 upset loss. Crazy game, CPU QB passed for 440 yards. Just couldn't stop them, especially on 3rd down.

UM takes out OSU with some lucky breaks, i.e. Pryor takes a sack late and then heaves one downfield even though he had a safer completion that would have probably kept the drive alive underneath. I think it was only 3-0 at the half, but scoring opened up in the 2nd half as both teams went to the air, as OSU even came back to take the lead, but they couldn't keep tabs on Denard Robinson escaping pressure and finding receivers running free downfield.

In case you see the restarts: One was from my 3 yr old deciding she wanted to watch one of her shows and hitting the touchscreen on the Harmony remote. The other was same said 3 yr old having an accident (those that have had kids doing well in potty-training but forgetting now and then know what I mean) while mom was busy making dinner and not thrilled that dad was playing football at that moment. Lesson: Go back to playing games after family goes to bed.

Everyone has finished, and now the week has advanced. Solidice and Lilheavy have a user match, and Austinwolv has a CPU match, the rest are on byes. Let's try to wrap it up quickly so we can finish the end of the regular season fast.
