Kaz is a pretty fun guy on Twitter at least. However, tweets like that may backfire if you are in fact right IOU. I'm starting think your right but I still think its a mistake b/c I believe the demand from consumers would make the publishers cave they simply couldn't/wouldn't take a pass on 60% of a potential customer base.
