    There's a low power mode where the system isn't completely off, and in that mode, Kinect is still listening. The absolutely only time Kinect isn't listening is when it's completely powered off.

    Article about warantless searches for Google data but just shows what the government could try to do with Microsoft. Would MS fight this in court or would they just cough up their XBoxOne data no questions asked?
