All those systems and all that setup, with that small of a TV? Come on man!
Wonder if all the systems are connected via a switch or something.
Someone posted that on my facebook wall a long time ago asking if it was my setup![]()

Well, a year (plus one day) to the day, and I finally have a new job. Received the offer last night and accepted it today. Don't know when I'll start, but when the time comes I will be moving to Saint Louis.

As an aside, yay for having to reinstall Windows again because of one of the most annoying issues I've ever had in my 10+ years of using Windows operating systems (.net framework just simply won't install - apparently I made the mistake of installing the beta version of 4.5 and when I tried to revert to 3.5 it totally borked everything and it basically isn't repairable without completely wiping the drive clean and installing a clean install).
Congrats on the job. Make sure and stay West of the Mississippi.
Thanks guys. Though I'm curious, bdoughty: why?

East St Louis. I once had to drive through it years ago on the way to Chicago. War zones in Third World Countries would make for a more comfortable drive.
You are moving to the 3rd most dangerous city to live in and a big part of that can be attributed to things that happen on the East side as they lump St Louis and East St Louis together as one city.

My chances of becoming a victim
in East St. Louis 1 in 17
in Detroit 1 in 46
When you are more than double less likely to be a victim in Detroit... That said even St Louis in general is pretty crime heavy. The whole drive through St Louis was a bit depressing and brought back memories of National Lampoons Vacation. Research those suburbs heavily.
Got it, not West of it America-wise, just STL-wise. I'll be living on the west side.

The good news, Jeff, is that you're twice as likely to be raped as you are to be murdered.
