It's only the store and account creation that should be down. Should be able to sign in online.

I stopped in the Sony Store in the mall this weekend, and while I was perusing the devices, I noticed a laptop or tablet (don't recall which) that was promoting Windows 8. With the Xbox store on screen. In a Sony Store.

Sony's weird. They had their Crackle app on Xbox Live LONG before they even had it on their own PS3.
