If anyone was interested in it from the past, yesterday's daily deals, Wargame: European Escalation is $9.99, 75% off for still another 17 hours. It's a really fun game from Eugen Systems. I've owned both of their recent strategy games, R.U.S.E. and Wargame: EE. There's a new one coming out in the spring, Wargame: AirLand Battle that I'm looking forward to.

Another nice thing about Wargame EE, there have been four DLC packs released (new modes, maps, etc), and every single DLC released has been completely free. They keep pumping out a new DLC pack every 2-3 months and have yet to charge a single cent for any of them.

I got a $100 Steam code before sale started and figured it would be gone within the first few days. I've only spent $7 of it so far.

Honestly, though, my expectations are probably a bit high. I'd like a cheap Skyrim, Assassin's Creed 3, Far Cry 3, etc...but so far they've shown nothing I'm interested. They haven't even put Bastion on a 75% off sale yet and I thought that would be a sure thing!

I don't really have any plans to buy anything on Steam unless it's a hell of a deal on a game I've been wanting and have saved on my wish list, but post stuff here like the community votes and I'll vote for the options you guys want, try to help you out and get that option selected.

I've now gotten Mark of the Ninja and Deadlight both at 50% off and Bastion at under $5 so I'm officially happy. Anything else from this point on is just icing on the cake.
