New helmet for Va Tech today:
Navy breaking out new uniforms for the Army-Navy game. I need to have a chat with my boss on Monday and get him set in action on tracking down a Navy helmet to buy from one of his NCAA equipment contacts. While I still love my regular gold and white Pro Combat Navy helmets, it's time to expand my collection.

I like that chrome touch much more on Navy's helmets than I do on Oregon and others' helmets. Not over done but certainly noticeable. Very nice.
Yeah, I really like that helmet. Looks like they changed it from the PCs, and this time went with matte for the white area, and then the chrome back. Also kept the anchor logo which I like. I definitely must get my hands on one of these helmets, it will look amazing in my Navy collection.

Looks like they took the vintage-esque Nebraska/Michigan uniforms and decided not to fake the vintage. It's interesting but have to say I'm not a fan. Cool to see Riddell? trying to do something different though.
