I (finally) just finished season one of True Detective today. Pretty good show, but after hearing complaints on season two, I am hesitant to watch it.


Hearing all these good comments on Mr. Robot has me regretting not watching from the start, so I'll have to try and binge-watch at some point.

Season 2 was a turd. Don't waste your time

I can see that with the first two or so episodes. It takes a few episodes to get used to the show's pacing and it doesn't really pick up until episode 3.

Two great Amazon pilots that I previewed a while back are finally going to see a whole season see the light of day.

It was a great final season IMO for Falling Skies. I binge watched the hell out of it last week

Watched the pilot of The Bastard Executioner last night. It was two hours long. The first hour you're trying to piece together everything that is going on as there are a LOT of characters introduced. In the middle of the pilot things really ramp up and get brutal. Things started clicking for me from that point on as we see the point of what is going on. Overall I was pretty impressed with the pilot and definitely going to keep going with it. But that's no surprise for anything that Kurt Sutter has his hands on.

The Muppets is definitely different than the old show. I think it is still pretty good though.
