All black people are rejoicing! I'm about to order a jersey online because I'm a sheep.

I am going to be extremely disappointed if I don't start seeing everyone wearing Michael Vick Steelers jerseys at any and all Black Lives Matters protests/rallies. After all, there's a large black population at those protests/rallies! And that's all that matters! I know so, because Ram said so!

There won't be any more rallies. Vick is now a Steeler so we're appeased.

    So obvious, NFL.

EDIT: 26.1% per the census and 10.8% in the state.

ram is a complete fucking racist tool. The suggestion alone that Michael Vick (as though he is the only black player or is somehow "more black" than other players) is a pawn to attract the black fan is a ridiculous, bigoted, idiotic proclamation and should be grounds, IMO, for banning him from this site. That kind of racist propaganda has no place on a forum such as this (and shouldn't have a place anywhere).
, I said Philly has double that and they do. So add that for the entire State of Penn. The fact is its a larger majority then most major cities.3 of the most famous black qbs have all played in phila..That's a fact and I'm not racist for knowing that
L ol at calling me a racist. It's the nfl that's racist. Notice how the places where black qbs start for prolonged periods are heavy black communities. Phila.,Atlanta, new orleans. Phila had 2 long term black qbs but only got to one sb to lose.
They let Washington win one but notice that Williams only played in 5 games and started like 2 of them .it was so he never got any significant stats but they could still say "hey look,a black qb won "
No,Russell Wilson is not black. He is half black just like Obama and Tiger.
You simply don't want to analyze anything.
Black athletes are all over nfl rosters but they make damn sure no black qb breaks major records or does anything significant.
Why has Pitt made an effort to make sure they've had a black back up a majority of the time? Batch,Leftwich, and the entertaining but never really successful number 10 Slash - what's his name.
They call something the Rooney rule and low and behold Rooney gets a black coach. Another perfect story you just drink up like it naturally happened.
Lol at calling me the racist for acknowledging the nfl being the racist.
Of course you'll ignore everything I say and say Pitt isn't racist because a black coach won . Pitt wins because the owner is being rewarded.it has nothing to do with the coach.
Again, how the Frick are you calling me a racist for being pro black with my observations. You don't even know how to define racism and the nfl likes that.
Instead of insulting me,put down the beer and do some real research.

Are you denying that Vick - Pitt jerseys will be sold in huge numbers?

    Ok steeler..
Pitt has a 26% black population.Phila. has a 40 to 44 % black population . Those aren't small numbers highly consentrated in 2 cities in the same state. You really want to call that not a big deal? It means the majority of the popukation is black in the major cities the teams are located. It's no accident that vick, Cunningham, Slash,Mcnabb,Leftwich, Batch have all been there

Who did Bradshaw take the qb job from?

Warren Moon apparently did not exist along with the numerous records he broke.

And Detroit has an 82.7% black population. I guess that means the Lions should draft or sign nothing but big name black quarterbacks. They'd have to open their own personal bank to handle the millions of dollars they'd be making with jersey sales! They'd be rich for life!!!

Drew Brees is FAR more beloved and has sold way more jerseys in New Orleans than Aaron Brooks,

So dumbass, tell me which cities have never had a black quarterback and then tell me where they rank in the census for both percentage and total number of black people.

I did the research, I know the answers.

Tying a black quarterback, no less backups, to anything of social significance in 2015 shows just what an antiquated, ignorant dinosaur you are, you fucking fool.

Where is his super bowl ring? All he got to do was play dead for buffalo's bullshit comeback of the century. He got stats but that's all he got. Like I said, they tease with enough to think everything is cool but that's it. But that's my point, you have to look real hard to find one guy you think is prominent but by now 15 black qbs should be all over the stats and playoff wins if the game wasn't staged.
And yes,Houston has a large black population now as I'm sure it did then.

A 3rd string QB well past his prime. No Vick jersey's will not be sold in huge numbers. They most likely will not be sold at all.

Especially since the general tone from Steelers fans seem to be anti-Vick. Steelers fans aren't happy about Vick being signed, so no, they won't be rushing out to buy his jersey. Oh, that's right, because there's a large black population in Philadelphia, obviously they don't give a damn about their own hometown Eagles, they'll buy a Steelers jersey just for the hell of it because there's a black 3rd string QB in Pittsburgh. How silly of me!

I'm indifferent about signing Vick. It was a move done because of injury and, obviously, I hope he never takes a snap. You're definitely not going to see any significant number of jerseys sold, regardless of my feelings on Vick.

I doubt anyone who is not related somehow to Batch or Leftwich or Dixon or (fill in black backups name) has a Steelers jersey of theirs either.

The entire premise is incredibly stupid and reeks of old, antiquated hate.

Yeah, but you gotta remember those 40-44% blacks in Philadelphia man! That's not a small number! Those Eagles fans are gonna snap up Steelers jerseys left and right because Vick is a black 3rd string QB on the team! It's all right in front of us! We just have to go full like ram to understand it!
