Yes, they played it that way in the show: 1. To not go straight through the herd (the comic calls them herds because the zombies show a tendency to group up and follow each other.....just follow the crowd behavior) because of the danger. 2. Because it would likely get someone killed trying to protect Eugene and that was played up as weighing on his conscious, like when he listed all the people that had died during his journey, and him lamenting the fact that he's basically worthless compared to all those people.

I thought Carol was faking being hurt up until the final moments of the show, but how do you get hit by the only moving car in the zombie apocalypse?

Hahaha seriously. Guess you forget to look both ways when you don't have to worry about that for so long lol.

I thought she was as well on the episode before this one. Figured they found out where she was and that was the only way to get inside

Wonder how far from Atlanta and that church the rest of the group are at? Daryl obviously makes it there but it looks like they had to go on foot the rest of the way because they came out of the woods at the very end a few episodes ago.

Man, I'm telling you. It's like that movie "She's All That." Rosita is hot but that lezzie is hot when she's not looking post-apocalyptic.

She's alright, but she isn't hot. Rosita or Maggie, for sure, over Tara.

    Finally watched Sunday's episode...

    Spoiler: show
Definitely going to miss Beth. I was actually beginning to like her character. After being so weak and passive she was finally getting strong. Personally I think it's a loss for the show. There are several other characters I would rather see gone.

Agreed. She was starting to realize just how cruel the world had become and that you can't be that innocent little farm girl anymore. She was finally starting to harden up (just look at how cold her eyes were when she stabbed Dawn) and could have become a dependable member of the group. Definitely a major loss there, much bigger than had some other characters been taken out.

On a sidenote, I didn't see any people follow them out of the hospital after Rick invited anyone that wanted to come............granted, the scene was geared upon Maggie's horror..........just saying....

I can see appreciating/liking the first one. It should have ended there. But I'm jaded because my self-centered putz of a father-in-law thinks all 3 are funny, likes to watch them every year, and insists they are on all day back-to-back-back on Christmas Day.

Just one reason that I shifted our Christmas plans to traveling to other family out of town this year.

I thought last night was a good episode but came away disappointed with how they used and developed Tyrese's character throughout his time on the show. Sadly they will probably do the same to even more characters in the future as the cast is getting pretty bloated and will only get worse when they meet their next threat, group of people, etc.
