CNN's own guest experts have opined the recording is most likely a hoax. Moreover, considering no other news network including very liberal MSNBC has to my knowledge picked up on the audio tells you just about everything you need to know about the authenticity of the audio in question.

Video of the cop who shot him standing with no apparent injury on video it seems after the shooting (orbital fractures sound painful). Was there an incident report or medical report released? Who knows police aren't releasing it that I know of. Apparently they didn't think it was any merit to release the video the woman captured from her balcony either.
Glide the company that the chat was recorded on verified the video was actually recorded at the time he was believed (according to police) to be shot. If that's the case and he lives where he says he lives.. Don't know unless he added shots with a program

Having lived in the STL for 5 years (2002 - 2007) i can guarantee you it will get NASTY when no charges are filed after the grand jury finds no wrong doing from the officer. JeffHCross should pack now and get out of dodge before its too late.

Slight misread there. For sake of clarification, the victim had nothing to do with protests. Protests erupted as a result of the shooting.

Haven't heard much regarding the Brown case. Last I heard was video construction worker wanted to show police but they said they didn't need or something.
On another note just heard about guy who was shot in Walmart that happened a week before Brown shooting if not mistaken
