It's real... That's the point of that "movie".
O.k. I remember that series from a long time ago, never watched any of them. The raft video however has to be a fake. The tube would have just backed out, away from the man's lips. In addition what is with all the smoke? I would not be surprised if someone doctored a suicide with the raft video to get the "desired" effect. If that is true, sick indeed.
The raft video is totally fake. Almost comical...the dudes head evaporates. Not even a shotgun would do that.
