Whats with the whole idea of using secondary colors as primary colors ?..although I do seem to get that what they have always used on their running shoes = the lime green and yellow reflective trim = they push that on peoples psychy through these uniforms..who knows ?First look at Oregon's new uniforms:

Great stuff. Keep up the good work. The new Adidas Tech fit jerseys are pretty nice. We have a base one here and it is pretty cool. Can't wait for you guys to see some of the stuff we already have. Also, if you notice a uniform piece doing something new or weird that you don't see in the game (e.g. Notre Dame's chicago helmet having an off-set split with one seid gold and the other navy).
- USC may be going back to white socks and wearing gray shoes? (They wore white in a few games last season but black was the primary. If true, the shoes are definitely a different color.)
- The back of Penn State's helmets will feature blue ribbons.
Penn State acting athletic director Dave Joyner said on Thursday tonight's weekly radio show that the blue ribbons added to the football uniforms this fall will be placed on the backs of helmets.

i'm sure the shoes are just a model faux pas. They'll be black as usual
no,will indeed have new cleats this year. dont know yet if they're just for home or away games. my guess would be away games.
