The sad part I can easily see EA doing nothing, and just telling you to use "House Rules" and not to use the Proximity Pitch unless you truly have that A+ rating i.e an instate player less than 30 miles from the University.

That still doesn't fix playing time though, you can have no one on the roster in that position, only recruit 1 player and you'll always have D+ for Playing Time when it comes to Off-Season Recruiting.
