At my daughters preschool. Where my son goes now that school is out too and went before he started kindergarten there is an older boy that pushes the young kids around.
Let's just call him C, C is 2 years older and about 20-30lbs heavier then Mason and the other day I guess they were wrestling and C started choking Mason and a teacher saw and punished him but when C got up Mason trip him and made C hit the floor and other kids laughed and Mason got into trouble too.
I told him that's fine I'll never punish you for sticking up for yourself. Next time don't let him choke you, just do whatever you gotta do to get his hands off and kicking him square in the nuts if perfectly fine in this situation.
