tough loss last night for my former high school baseball team. they ended up losing 7-6 in extra innings of the state championship game. had they won, they would've been the first school in washington state history to win the triple crown of boys' sports (football, basketball, and baseball) in the same year. a 1st, 1st, and a 2nd isnt that bad though.

ArsTechnica: Revisiting why incompetents think they're awesome. Dunning-Kruger study today: The uninformed aren't as doomed as the Web suggests.

Don't know what made me think to post it here.

In the past two weeks, multiple readers have sent us emails asking if we had seen a woman walking around the neighborhood topless.

We had not. And we had not seen any photographic evidence of this.

    Until now.

Sucks being without power. Lost power for about two hours yesterday and I've lost it again today for going on 45 minutes. It's the entire town (or at least majority) because the three red lights in the area are dead as well.

What would we do if the world ever just lost all electricity? I'm sure theres a movie out there about it but I can't watch it right now.

There's a TV show out there about it, it's called the Walking Dead. Of course there are also zombies as well

I think Jericho comes closer to it... Nuclear bombs strike and the story of some small town in a flyover state tries to survive.

It was pretty good until the writers strike a few years ago killed it's momentum.

We won Football, Track, and Baseball two years in a row. Football and Track 3 straight years.
