Limits for coaching jobs are going to stay the same... 84OVR or below and 3-star or less.

As for conference, it will partly depend whether Jake rejoins us next season or not. What I've thought about doing though is keeping it one conference, but expand it to 16 teams, then set our cross divisional rival as a CPU game unless someone wants a cross-divisional UvU game. But at 16, that would give you 7 division games and 2 cross-divisional games. If one of those is a guaranteed CPU game, then the maximum UvU games you would have is 4 (plus CCG).

If everyone would prefer to go to the two conference route, then we'd put 9 teams in a conference, have 3 UvU games and then you'd have 4 non-conference games to choose as you please.

The only concern with going back to two conferences is whether or not we have enough moves to make that happen. Throughout the OD, you're restricted on how many teams you can move around... if we're near that limit, we may not be able to make enough moves to go back to 2 conferences. We can always choose a preference and then if we're unable to make all of the moves, we can go with the other as a backup.
