Yes, I'm quite sure. Anything that has any actual factually based study (you know, one that isn't slanted one way or the other for some type of financial benefit) has been unable to have any concrete correlation between video games and violence, therefore, there is no actual scientific evidence suggesting such a thing exists.

That type of bill would be the proverbial straw that broke the proverbial camel's back.

I know of quite a few bills that have been introduced to Congress as well as local state governments that I highly disagree with. While none of them really have a tangible effect on myself nor my livelihood, in a society that has groups of people that are given the right to free speech only to attempt to squelch the right of free speech to other people, it certainly makes it much more difficult to ignore things that offer no real hindrance to myself to effect the livelihood of people that are just trying to live their lives. Thus the disgust over things that any society of semi-decent intelligence wouldn't find to be a problem at all, yet, the society that is the United States of America seems to thrive on the idea of taking away the rights of citizens to live their lives as they see fit but within the logical rules of the world.
