    Talk about futility. Forget the Cubs, this team took 100 years, just to make the Texas HS playoffs. The past 15 years or so pretty much half of each district makes the playoffs.

    Today has been awesome. Spent two hours this afternoon standing in the bucket of a fire department's ladder truck in a nearby city, hoisted 100 feet up in the air above one of the city's main streets while doing a live drive broadcast. Despite it only being 42 degrees out, and a stiff 10-15 MPH wind, it was an awesome time, and was able to get some great pictures while just standing around for two hours waiting for the next time we went live on the air.
