For fuck's sake. I started up 2K12, have just one last Legend game to play, the John Stockton one, and what do you know, not a single fucking prior legend game is marked as completed. Thanks 2K, your fucking glitch just fucked up my game. Now none of the legends teams are unlocked anymore because your piece of shit fucking game doesn't recognize that I already completed every single one of the 14 prior fucking games.

I stumbled on solution- go to legends games, click on panel to description screen but dont start game, hust click back and its unlocked , move to next one do same,,,,.... but yes, auto save is a bunch of bull.... I made a player, put him on Bobcats, he is in their roster, but wasnt recognised/available in play now game...he might be there when i use game today for all i know though ?
Yeah, I stumbled upon that solution too a little bit ago. Still stupid as hell. Now I have a new reason to bitch at 2K. These stupid fucking glitched achievements in every goddamn 2K Sports game. I played a Quick Match Team Up game, playing on OKC against Chicago, and got lucky and the game made me Kevin Durant. Played it straight through, beginning to end, never got the fucking "The Sum of It's Parts" achievement for "Play a Team Up Game." Thanks a lot 2K. Because of you douchebags I wasted an hour of a meaningless fucking game when I could have been playing Association or My Player.

That's the only problem, it takes forever just to find one game. I've spent I don't know how long, on 10+ occasions since Thursday, trying to get into a Team Play Game. One I was able to get to the team select screen, before it collapsed and I got sent back to the Online menu. Then tonight's game, after sitting there searching for about 5 minutes, it finally found 10 people and I was able to get in. It takes as long just trying to get into a game, as it does to actually play it.
lat at night with 8000 people in on is when it gets faster LOL ...either way, eary in release this happens to most games and servers, it will level off..but their online doesnt have alot anyway... i dont see a leader board or nothin' ? and who dictates what teams are used in teamplay? I dont see a tab to start one and pick teams and such..?
It seems to be random, maybe even team matchups. The game selects the teams, then the players can vote to skip/reselect, until they have teams that they are alright with using. I think the first teams were Memphis and Sacramento. It took about 3 seconds for us to get 6 votes to skip. The second teams selected was the OKC-Chicago matchup.
So... what's the "general consensus" of the community. Worth picking up? I still haven't stopped by a video game store to get my Larry Bird cover game. Also, with the strike and no new rookies in the game I'm tempted to hold off unless/until those rookies get put in the game.

odd..alot of auto saves dont work,.. but the one that does is the Nike I D make your own shoes feature.. you can re color a bunch od shoes but the colors are limited per section or item

And of course. The goddamn Team Up achievement still doesn't pop up.
Boy, 2k12 just isn't fun. I don't know what the hell they did to the passing, rebounding, collision in the paint, or the overall player movement, but it just feels terribly wrong. Feels like you're trying to run in quicksand and god forbid you try to get placement in the paint area. You're getting pushed and pulled by 3 different people pretty much at all times. It's just terrible. And the new playcalling system SUCKS. I'm all for fluidity of plays, but when the damn CPU can't even run the god damn play right and, instead, just takes a contested 3 pointer because they fuckin' suck at it, then, really, what's the point?
Yeah I was playing CDJ online last night and EVERYTIME I tried to drive the baseline with Rondo. Out of bounds.
But for those who have signed up for the league, it tips off around 5:45 central tonight. Advances every 24 hours, which is about 3 or 4 games per week. I'm still going to give this a go for something different to do.

A #NBA2K12 patch has been submitted to Microsoft/Sony that looks to make adjustments, incl. online. Upon approval, releasing in coming days
