Definitely the one on the left. Looks like a nice girl to maybe have a conversation with without wanting to stab myself in the brain.
The one of the left looks like she would carry the conversation, the one in the middle would dominate the conversation, and the one on the right would be lost in the conversation.
All that said, I'd go with the one on the left.
Plus, it helps that the girl is a brunette. That's sexy as a motherfucker in this day and age when every girl is dyeing their hair blonde.

Brunette is hiding behind glasses, but the chin and smile are hinting at 'mousey' to me, not sold. She has great hair though, excellent for wranglin'. I think the one in the middle is actually kind of ugly, or at least the way her mouth is in the picture. She has the best abs though.
