Did the patch actually FIX anything that we KNOW of for sure?
Have we heard anything on this TRANSFER FAILED issue? Do you think there is a chance this will go unsolved? I think its pathetic that I have been unable to play now for over 2 weeks with this issue.

You have to be the most patient man I know in regards to this game, I haven't even put mine in since I saw what the patch did to everything. Its actually on the trading block to support all my other games this holiday season.
Patient.... LOL, no. I just don't play anything else. If it wasn't for NCAA game series I would not own a console at all. Sure I have played some Halo and Gears of War but its the NCAA series that keeps my interest because of my love of college football coupled with the fact that I play with a good friend in real life which makes recruiting REALLY fun.
I did look into Gear 3, as I was a pretty big fan of HORDE mode in Gears 2 so maybe I will get that this winter.... Just wish EA would FIX this freaking thing so we can PLAY IT, unreal that I now feel like I am asking for the world here.
What is really sad about all this is the fact that I believe much of the problem stems from EA attempting to make the OD's "non cheatable" which is something I am completely not interested in since I play with another adult friend in real life and NEITHER of us would have any fun with the game if we knew we were cheating.... it would simply lose any luster that it has.
any word from you insider guys??? have EA NCAA said anything at all?? [other than we are looking into it]?????? this is nuts
I think the EA NCAA challenge should be TO FIX THE GAME SO IT MIGHT WORK!!!! LOL

When I saw the thread title I thought it was about the next "patch."
cdj.... can you please get on the horn with someone and find what WTH is going on with this crap? I mean seriously, we are almost in October and the OD (which IMO is the heart and soul of the game) is freaking BROKEN or like playing Russian roulette at best! I don't think we are asking for the world here, tell us when the game MIGHT work again or give us an update and tell us what you KNOW and DON'T KNOW, PLEASE! --- by "you" I mean EA of course
The only thing I've seen them say is that they are working hard to get the Patch #2 issues rectified.
Personal guess is that after announcing Patch #2 details so early only for 'addressed' and new issues to emerge, they may be waiting until they have definitive info on a fix and availability.
I'm being redundant ,..but for everything they pumped in to advertising etc for the game, this is a joke.
for people that like alot of online stuff, they screwed up the experience totally..dont tell me about work arounds or waiting for answers..regardless of how little I know about what they do, this is poor execution on a business and knowledge of internet functions level
please take this with the sense of humor thats intended LOL just some visual points
