I've seen countless posts about people having problems printing these however I have never had a problem. I always open my covers in Paint and print them from there. My covers have never had a problem printing because I don't mess with the size. However I can't speak for others who might accidentally mess with their template and screw up the print size.
Hmm. The Silas Redd cover from page 5 printed out HUGE when I opened it in Paint.

I got home a bit ago and measured the case cover, so tomorrow I'll try fiddling with the dimensions in Photoshop when I'm back on campus to make it fit.
