That's usually what I do with Best Buy. If I get shot down once, I just come back the next day. If I get shot down twice, I give up.

That just goes to show you how you can have such a horrible/good experience based on the individual you happen to deal with. That "we can't because of this $10 coupon" line is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard, though.
