Now, are you sure you're black? I mean, are you really black or do you simply identify as black?
It's interesting that you said, "person". That suggests that you do not specifically identify with a particular sex. When you close your eyes, do you see yourself as a man, a woman, both or neither?
You got what you asked for: http://www.today.com/news/rachel-dol...gnation-t26371
Rachel Dolezal breaks her silence on TODAY: 'I identify as black'
She may identify as black, but she is nothing more than a white girl pretending to be a black girl. The quote she gave regarding something one of her sons said yesterday is perfect. "Racially, she's human (or in legal terms, white), ETHNICALLY she's black." She may consider herself black and want to live a black lifestyle, but no matter what, she will always racially be white.
All she has done with this whole saga is live a giant lie. Everything in her life since she got a dark tan and a hair weave is a complete lie. And if she has indeed been listing her race as black on any forms, applications, financial forms, legal documents, federal forms, etc, swearing all of the information she has listed is true and accurate, then she has committed countless acts of perjury.
And if she has in anyway financially profited from listing her race as black (scholarships, jobs, promotions, bank loans, home loans, etc), then she has committed fraud.
So.... she's just another liberal race baiter?
On MSNBC (go figure) some moron said this woman was more black than Clarence Thomas:
http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...S_portrait.jpg
Wow. Even I have no words for that.
I'm not denying she may feel more comfortable living life pretending to be a black woman, but racially and legally, she is white, has always been white and will always be white. She may consider herself a black woman and ethnically live like a black woman, but she will always legally be white. That's what makes this whole thing ridiculous.
Smooth, you need to get with the times....men identify as women, women as men and anyone raising a question is shouted down as an intolerant bigot. I guarantee if this person were a protected class identifying as white they would be a celebrated media darling......
I continue planning my exit strategy from the asylum.
BTW smooth just in case, I agree with you......just want these things dealt with consistently by government and media.

JUNE 15--The NAACP official who today resigned in the face of evidence that she masqueraded as black once sued Howard University for denying her teaching posts and a scholarship because she was a white woman, The Smoking Gun has learned.
Rachel Dolezal, 37, who headed the NAACP’s Spokane, Washington chapter, sued Howard for discrimination in 2002, the year she graduated from the historically black college with a Master of Fine Arts degree.
Dolezal, then known as Rachel Moore, named the university and Professor Alfred Smith as defendants in a lawsuit filed in Washington, D.C.’s Superior Court. During the pendency of the civil case, Smith was chairman of Howard’s Department of Art.
According to a Court of Appeals opinion, Dolezal's lawsuit “claimed discrimination based on race, pregnancy, family responsibilities and gender.” She alleged that Smith and other school officials improperly blocked her appointment to a teaching assistant post, rejected her application for a post-graduate instructorship, and denied her scholarship aid while she was a student.
The court opinion also noted that Dolezal claimed that the university’s decision to remove some of her artworks from a February 2001 student exhibition was “motivated by a discriminatory purpose to favor African-American students over” her.
As detailed in the court opinion, Dolezal’s lawsuit contended that Howard was “permeated with discriminatory intimidation, ridicule, and insult.”
Judge Zoe Bush dismissed Dolezal’s complaint in February 2004, 18 months after the lawsuit was filed and Dolezal was deposed on several occasions. Bush found no evidence that Dolezal was discriminated on the basis of race or other factors. The D.C. Court of Appeals subsequently affirmed Bush’s decision.
Following the dismissal of Dolezal’s lawsuit (and the Court of Appeals decision), she was ordered to reimburse Howard for a “Bill of Costs” totaling $2728.50. During the case, she was also ordered to pay the university nearly $1000 in connection with an “obstructive and vexatious” court filing that sought to improperly delay her examination by an independent doctor.
Dolezal’s lawsuit included “claims for medical and emotional distress damages,” according to a court docket. (5 pages)
Several people are going to jail the question is how high in the organization goes up and how big of a punishment does the MLB hand out. Of course, Ram will now predict a Houston v. St. Louis world series to drive ratings and have all baseball talk revolve around hackgate
But she says she IS black. Now she and many liberal commentators are equating it with the LGTB movement and the Jenner story and apparently they want it to be known as some type of "trans racial" or whatever PC nonsense the left will come up with to defend a clear liar/fraud/con artist.
The thing most "interesting" about this story is how the left, democrats and the race baiters will/do accept her as "black". On the other hand they completely reject as "black": Thomas; Sowell; Carson; Rice; Scott; Riley etc....
In their world view, being black is an ideology not a race/ethnicity. Therefore, if you are white but want to call yourself black it O.K. so long as you toe the line on the left's ideology. However, if you happen to be a black conservative you are "not really black" or are some sort of "Uncle Tom" etc...
Wow, you just went full dumbass. :fp:
It's more than one team hacking another. It'd be like Microsoft hacking Apple or any of the never ending cases of companies being hacked by hackers from foreign countries. It's a FEDERAL FUCKING CRIME you dumbshit! It doesn't matter one damn bit that it was the Cardinals hacking the Astros. Plain and simple, a federal crime was committed, and people go to "pound me in the fucking ass" federal prison for committing federal crimes.
I'm not the dumb ass believing the story. I know sports is entertainment therefore there is no reason for one team to hack another because no advantage is gained. If they do make up some story that someone goes to jail it will be a behind the scenes person you've never seen and you will have no idea if anything physically happened to anyone. You are calling me stupid and yet you are making a million assumptions based on faith.
LOL its not even close. this is the equivalent of rival sports forums hacking each other. Nobody caresQuote:

no, they go to white collar prisons for those
you are still assuming anything/everything about the story is true. I just explained to you that if it never happened that your view of so called laws is pointless. You have no proof and are now wasting time discussing fiction.
I forgive you for your childish, insulting rant.
I like that ram is now including the FBI as part of his delusion.
Nice touch.
Ram gets this one...

Served that hard time
I like how you think you know something is happening because of words you read, written by establishments that are legally allowed to embellish stories.
sure it does but was it cut or pushed or lightening ? which direction did it fall? was it just a story and it never fell ? you know nothing because you weren't there.Quote:
"If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?"
And you know nothing because:
A) you're a dumb fucking dumbfuck.
B) you weren't there either.
Also, you believe the FBI would allow a story like this, involving their name, even though it's fabricated. You are an assclown.
that didn't debate or counter anything I said. All you are saying is you believe everything you read. I just explained to you that media can make it up and its legal. FBI was involved in the so called baseball steroid scandal and nothing happened to anyone in that either.
yep buddy, you are a true intellectual.:smh:Quote:
And you know nothing because:
A) you're a dumb fucking dumbfuck.
You said embellish. Now you say "make it up", implying false or lying statements. Those are completely different. While there are cases where the courts have upheld that ideas like "fair" or "balanced" news reporting is largely in the eye of the beholder and what one person believes is false is fairly balanced to another... the latter statement is completely false. Libel law would easily stop news outlets, especially newspapers, from knowingly printing false stories, especially of this level. And I would find it highly unlikely that the FBI would allow such a wilful violation of libel law.
Unless, you know, everybody in the world is in this together except the general public.
Oh Donald... Trump calls out McCain and says he's not a war hero and that he prefers soldiers who were NOT captured... :smh: This coming from the guy who went to extraordinary lengths to avoid war...
Huffington PostQuote:
"He's a war hero because he was captured," Trump said during an appearance at the Family Leadership Summit in Ames, Iowa, on Saturday. "I like people who weren't captured."
"Perhaps he's a war hero, but right now he's said some very bad things about a lot of people."
McCain spent five and a half years in a North Vietnam prison where he was tortured after his Skyhawk dive bomber was shot down in 1967. President Barack Obama, who defeated McCain in the 2008 presidential race, has praised the Arizona senator as a "genuine war hero."
Trump avoided the draft with four student and one medical deferments.

Okay so now my next question... who the hell is Bernie Sanders?
Wow! It's funny how similar yet different our countries are. What you would classify as left ist is what we would call centre. I am a tried and true 100% Liberal right in the middle or if anything a little to the right. However, based on US issues I am listed as a Left Wing Authoritarian. That is soooo not true!!! That bothers me just typing it!
A Democratic Socialist, his words, not mine. Basically the most liberal of all the candidates (guaranteed housing and jobs, free health care and education, universal income, climate change, taxing the rich even more, etc, etc.). Basically wants us to become Europe.
It's okay, we can still be friends.
The funniest part of this is that my state's governor, Bobby Jindal, has no-showed on everybody's quiz!
He's such a loser.
