With less than two months to release, NBA Live 15 has yet to officially reveal game information (or even a cover athlete) through official channels. However, this past week featured Executive Producer Sean O'Brien disclosing some game info via interviews with EGM and Game Informer. Game Informer also published an article with '20 Things We Know About NBA Live 15.'

As noted in the Amazon synopsis for the game, NBA Live 15 is "doubling down on visuals and ... gameplay improvements."

In terms of features the game will feature some logic and simulation changes to Dynasty and Rising Star modes, but will not include EASBL as the team works to improve the core experience before investing in online team play. Ultimate Team will add an Auction House, which should aid in user-to-user interactivity with the mode. With less than two months until release, information had been low key for both basketball titles until this past week. NBA 2K15 began their info push with the first look at the game with a quick video of cover athlete Kevin Durant in action and info on some game features.

In their weekly livestream, NBA 2K revealed that the popular Crew mode would be returning to last-gen consoles (PS3 & 360) and teased that some elements (and perhaps then-some) would be in the current-gen systems (PS4 & XB1) - to be revealed at a later date.

First reported by Good Game Bro, it was confirmed today that former EA SPORTS GameChanger and NBA Live developer Scott O'Gallagher is now a member of the NBA 2K dev team. Confirmation came via updates to O'Gallagher's social media profiles and also in a quick Instagram video showcasing NBA 2K devs as they work in crunch time. The clip featuring O'Gallagher has him alongside former NBA Live developer Mike Wang, perhaps in a jab (unintentional or otherwise) towards EA SPORTS.

One day following the NCAA Division I board of directors voting 16-2 to allow the schools in the top five conferences to write many of their own rules, the judge in the O'Bannon v. NCAA case ruled that the NCAA violates antitrust law and that trust funds should be established for student-athletes to share in licensing revenue.

Continue on to read more about the latest developments in this ongoing saga and how it may lead to the eventual return of EA SPORTS NCAA Football.

EA SPORTS NHL 15 will feature the new Superstar Skill Stick, a series of tight, fluid controls attached to the right analog stick.

It is designed that in conjunction with True Performance Skating, the Superstar Skill Stick will allow users to string together a series of moves in order to get off a great shot on goal. However, a poor cut or deke may lead to your player being leveled by the opposition.

It was just announced today via the Battlefield Blog that Battlefield Hardline will be delayed into 2015. This just adds yet another title that is set to launch in an already loaded 2015. Earlier this summer, people got to see an early build of the game via a beta. While it wasn't perfect, it was pretty good, and the game modes were pretty fun. With the disasterous launch of Battlefield 4 for most players, EA wants to make sure this launch is flawless. That is one of the two reasons why I'm not bothered by the delay. The other is the fact that we're still getting Battlefield 4 content, and speaking for myself, I'm still putting in some good time into the game. There is still some DLC left to launch for it, so there would have been a good chance that it would have been muddled with the Hardline launch. CBS Sports' Jon Solomon recently interviewed numerous college football players from the ACC and SEC to gather their thoughts on the now defunct EA SPORTS NCAA Football franchise. Regardless of their thoughts on whether they should be paid for name and likeness use, Solomon found that many want the game to return someway, somehow.

Changes still need to be made, whether within the NCAA or within conferences, should they be given the autonomy to decide their own policy for name and likeness usage. ACC Commissioner John Swofford believes we will be under the current structure for three to five years as legal issues are ironed out, though the conference is currently working on their own name and likeness release form. NC State Athletic Director Debbie Yow believes the Power 5 conferences will address the issue if/when the NCAA grants them the ability next month to determine some of their own NCAA rules. ...

Narrated by producer Sean Ramjagsingh, the latest EA SPORTS NHL 15 trailer focuses on significant improvements coming to the in-game physics system, a popular request among sports games of all genres.

Thanks to the improved computing and processing power of the PlayStation 4 and X-Box One, physics can now be applied to every player on the ice. The 12 Player NHL Collision Physics now allows for multi-player collisions. Real puck physics will now find the puck able to hop over sticks, squeeze through openings (including under the arm of the goalie, ricocheting off/through jersey), and deflect in numerous, unpredictable ways.

With the improved collision and puck physics, the EA SPORTS NHL team hopes to replicate the unpredictability and physicality of the sport. Continue on to see the trailer and share your thoughts with the community. ...

An announcement was made on Monday Night Raw last night where those who pre-order WWE 2K15 will get a special treat. Those who put down that order before the release date of October 28th will get access to two generations of The Icon, Sting. You will get the Sting who donned neon tights, colorful facepaint, and a blond flattop from 1987-1995, and you will get the Sting who resembled The Crow from 1996 to today as playable characters.

The Stinger was a personal favorite of mine in his NWA/WCW days when I would be tuning in from my grandma's house at 5:05 on Saturday nights. The facepaint and colorful neon tights made him an instant fan favorite with the kids. His in-ring abillity made him an instant fan favorite with the adults. Two feuds stand out to me with both incarnations of Sting; which involved two of the best stables ever in professional wrestling. The early 90's against The Four Horsemen, and the mid 90's against the nWo. The addition of Sting to the first entry in the current generation of systems is a great addition, and I cannot wait for more to come.
