As always, vote for the item you prefer. However, also state how you would like both features implemented into the game and indicate any specific elements you would (or would not) like to see added for each item.
In-Game Saves
Many in the NCAA Football community like to use longer quarter length to help replicate realistic game statistics, however that often makes playing time a commodity in order to play in one sitting. In-game saves would allow them to resume the match-up at a later date. Technically this may not be easy to implement due to the size of the save file that would be created, housing game info, highlights, stats, etc.

Simplified Create-a-Play (Existing Play Modifier, Savable)
Creating a play from scratch has been a highly requested feature in football titles, but there has always been the concern that these plays could exploit the CPU AI. However, some in the community have asked for a Play Editor that would allow them to only modify existing plays that would then be saved and kept in playbooks. For example, if a player routinely executes one particular hot route to a certain play, he could modify and save that play with the route and never have to make the in-game adjustment again.
