I, too, am a defector from OS. I never liked the site(they seem like pompous a-holes to me) and only visited there a few times a year. And, I hardly ever posted. Didn't want to anger der Fuehrer. I already really like this site, because it seems like a bunch of sports gamer fans wanting to have a good time. As it should be. Just want to say thanks to Gator and Buckeye for getting it done right. As a fan of a smaller school, its nice to see some BCS big time guys show the little folks some love. I am in awe of your drive and work ethic. I appreciate it.

I have an idea. We all ought to go to OS on a designated time and day, all start new topics about moving to this site, and immediately delete our accounts over there. There would be a whole lotta crying going on.

When I play a spread option team I drop the Run D by 20 from my normal settings which helps on the read and speed option. If they start running up the middle on you you can suffer a bit though :)

Playing as QB annoyed me because of not having audible options earlier than the trusted starter deal. Hard to earn the points to get there if you lose points on a bad play you didn't even call. My short time at DB led me to abandon it with not only camera angle, but lack of plays going my direction. And WR was useless because when you finally get a passing play they throw it into double coverage rather than myself, open, down the field. Needless to say I'm ready to play Dynasty hehe

The camera angle that annoys me the most in RTG is the damn punt returns. As a MLB on the punt team I often miss a tackle due to not getting the angle right, its really annoying.

I don't really have any diehard favorites as I am just curious about TCU. I know its weird I don't have a set favorite, I am as my screen name says just a college football nut. I don't like pro sports except for golf. But I live and breath for Saturdays in the FALL.

Unfortunately, you can't download sliders in NCAA. You have to manually input them. All you can do is read what # to put the specific slider at and do it yourself.

It shouldn't take that long to input them, but like KK says, no set is going to be perfect. You'll probably need to make a few tweaks depending on your strengths and weaknesses to achieve realism.

To test, I like to play as two great teams against each other. Play as a crappy team against a great team. Play as a great team against a crappy team. Play as two crappy teams against each other.

Then I'll examine HUM vs. CPU results. I see how the pocket collapses. How many sacks are given up? How I play the CPU's run game. The amount of dropped passes, etc.

8 mins is about right. cuz i play 7 mins right now and that feels too short sometimes. really depends on how you run your offense and if u have the time for 8 mins.

I would say most people don't. You'll probably find people tend to play 7-9 minute quarters.

true. sliders only effect hum vs cpu games
and most ppl adjust sliders to make game more realistic so if the person loses to the cpu then they should just take it cuz the cpu beat them. although i understand some ppl cant think this way the past ODs ive done ppl accept the losses and actually will give a great story about how they lost it. guess i just been lucky with ppl ha

Oh, I know that. And I do it. But the problem is when my opponent has the ball, the clock won't accelerate. I wish it was like Madden's where you turn it on and it accelerates no matter what (except in the final 2 mins of a half).

That might be a thing of the past though, buck. You still haven't played the game yet, right? This year's Heisman is something crazy on defense.. you gotta run all day this time around cuz you WILL get picked easy and OFTEN.

i've been playing on straight hiesman since release - haven't lost a game since Saturday. I play against only top 25 teams. no blow outs. largest margin of victory was 30-7 v. Souf Cakalaki and big bad lattimore.

I'm excited you 2 are doing them. I had edited the rosters that Gameroster released because it was JACKED....UP!!! (they need to bring that back btw) and this year it was so damn slow. It was like a slight 2 second delay for everything as you toggle through choices. Horrible.

Yeah for every pick I threw I've gotten two off the opposing team. I did some football reading over the past few months that has made watching on TV (replays now of course) and playing the games alot more fun. You are exactly right about being able to burn Offenses easily if you keep on it

They will probably be under an ID that no one knows yet. Once the rosters are uploaded under this unknown name, i will make a thread on OS and im sure Gator will make another thread here announcing that the rosters are available. I'll also be updating on my Twitter account. So as soon as they go live.......everyone will know instantly.

We might try to put the roster in our PSN locker and try to upload them as well. That way there will be 3 different PSN ID's to download from and not just 1.

Tried to make the game more balanced, good teams are tough, bad teams can surprise. I tried getting it so the most realistic stats are achieved during play. Try them out.

They will probably be under an ID that no one knows yet. Once the rosters are uploaded under this unknown name, i will make a thread on OS and im sure Gator will make another thread here announcing that the rosters are available. I'll also be updating on my Twitter account. So as soon as they go live.......everyone will know instantly.

We might try to put the roster in our PSN locker and try to upload them as well. That way there will be 3 different PSN ID's to download from and not just 1.

It would be nice for EA to allow us to add-on to rosters, like a copy & paste kind through the EA locker the next time around. Instead of very reliable people giving in templates, they can give in the full edited team, Gator and buck can proof read 'em, add 'em in... and viola. Something to think about, EA.

I've been playing with some sliders - I like low QB accuracy and low Kick Accuracy... I don't want to have a guaranteed game winning field goal... I like to pressure to get it right when the time comes... QB accuracy has been interesting, if I try to force passes I get picked... it makes me read the D knowing that I can't ensure a 1st down on 3rd also. I have 20 QB acc and 15 Kick Acc...
