Also these guys have been nothing but transparent regarding their issues... they gave one ETA - Sunday night - explained their set back and gave a new ETA... if you are that impatient you should pay for the ones that are already done instead of waiting for FREE ones while punching your keyboard when you don't get an update everytime you refresh the page...

clearly you have no idea how much work it takes to do the roster. so sit there and shut it. or go get the rosters from someone else and have fun playing with guys who were probably cut in may.

As a Miami fan I dislike OSU and Tressel (02 NC), but I did respect the heck out of Tressel, sorry to see him go Buckeye. (I do want to burn his sweater vest though) Thanks for the rosters guys!

Tressel has been dirty for years even before OSU. As a Michigan boy and fan I hate OSU, Tressel, and pretty much the state of ohio, but I do love Buckeye for his hard work on these rosters!! :)

dude, these guys take a week of their lives with no sleep, work or break time to do some rosters we're too lazy to do ourselves and you call them clowns?!? how are they messing with your time??? you arent paying them to do this, you aren't making templates, or making roster suggestions you are sitting at your couch waiting or someone to do the best rosters FOR YOU. there are hundreds of other rosters out there foryou to use.if you don't want to be civil an wait like the rest of us then make your own roster and see how long it takes

The rosters were named on time, Sunday. The problem now is fixing whats wrong and its taking way longer than expected.

Process works like this.
-We name the rosters, every single player was named according to who that player was supposed to be whether they were on the team or not. This makes it less clustered when correction time comes around.
-After every player was named, then we started removing and changing the missing players. This takes time when a WR not on the team has to be completely remade into a running back.

We arent going to cheat you and just change the guys name and number. We want a WR made into a RB to in now way resemble the WR he used to be.

Obviously I dont know every detail about all 120 teams in the game.

I could release what we have now, but Id feel like I was cheating the donators. The rosters need to be as close to perfect as possible. I dont want to release a named roster full of mistakes after people have donated to get them done. I want the same effort put into every team.

I have considered contacting Iron Dragon or Luv in an attempt to get them my rosters ahead of time and start helping nail down some teams changes. I wish that more people could see what I have for each team without making them completely public. That way fans can send me emails details all the changes that need to be made on my current roster set.

You donated to us because we were doing all the grunt work, and we CAN do it. But a fan of NC State can put together a list of fixes for NC State A LOT quicker than I could.

Bottom line is that we are going to have to get some people on the inside to help finalize them. There are still a lot of teams that are just basically named, with alll dreads and robot arms removed that need to be assembled correctly. Some will take no time to fix, so will be extensize.

To get a team as good as it gets I have to do the following:
-check the roster to make sure the player is still on the team
-check the height and weight to make sure the player is right
-check for dreads
-check for correct class and number
-check for depth issues
-remove players that are no longer on the team and make them a needed player. It takes a bit of time to recreate players.
BASICALLY, I have to become a fan of that team for half an hour.

Bottom line is that a lot of people have donated, and I want the rosters to be as accurate as they can be.

Im open for suggestions......

Are you referring to Bobby Rainey from WKU? If so, i wouldn't label him "some random RB"....I mean he did rush for over 1600 yards last year, and his YPC was modest. If you watch some highlight film of his, you may see that he's more than the typical WKU RB. I know that last statement isn't saying much, but Rainey can play.

If someone, ONE person, would send me a Ratings template for each position in the game. For example, just list the ratings for a random 75 overall player at each position. Also the build of the guy.

That would cut the time by more than half, seriously.

Just excited for the first time all year for this season. I think we're going to have a poor season, but today I actually was excited for the first time in awhile, talking about games and our plans for P-ville.

That would cut the time by more than half, seriously.

I do know Nick Bell for Mississippi State died last year in the middle of the season and I would like to add him as as a Coach if at all possible just or his memory, he was number 36 if I remember correctly but he was dearly loved and a great young student athlete. I can add if after it's over but I just wanted to see if we could add him to the roster somehow if that was ok with some people. Just so his memory lived on. Just a thought

if u wanna take the 15 mins or so itll take, instead of just skipping you can go into the game and super sim to end. at worst youll get 40 points each game so that can help boost your recruiting points and stars if you dont feel like playing every single game. or just skip to playoffs and save the 15 mins haha up to you

Please read more posts before assuming they only "DID" 20 teams.... only 20 are finalized it takes a lot of work to get them into pre-finalized stages.

Man, I have even more respect for Gator and Buck now. I prolly spent an hour on the PSU roster and still am not finished. It's tough juggling the roster, seeing which excess players you can move to fill what gaps, what their ratings should be (this is the hardest part, IMO), and who will need to be created from scratch.

My mind got all twisted around trying to juggle our mess of a defensive line, but I think I found a solution. I got halfway through the LBs and then looked at the time. Yikes!

Yes, 40 yard FG way short not good punts. I've always seen better results with 80+ on that bc it gives realistic power, your not going to hit a 65 yarder but you can make a 55 yarder. CPU punts were always to short IMO

If Sunday night the rosters were just finished being named, the ETA for them to be out early Monday morning had no shot of being finalized. I've done rosters myself for some teams, and I know it's a long time consuming process, but how did it take over a week to just name the teams? The other named rosters out there were done at least 5 days earlier.

Then someone said that equipment was changed and dreads were added, but yesterday buckeye posted at OS that they still had to do dreads, so I'm assuming they aren't done with dreads.

I'm confused with how it took so long for the rosters to be named compared to the others, and if they were just done being named, how could you possibly think to say they would be finalized and released 10 hours after that? None of it makes any sense.
