I'm pretty sure that is the problem is Google Music hogging the bandwidth.
Well it wasn't Google Music, I shut it down, reset everything and still get booted 30 seconds after loggin in on the PSN.it's the firmware that fucked something up.
Hmmmm changed my psn connection to auto and now I'm fine. Firmware screwed something up with specific ip's

It's for DirecTV customers. You have to pay the normal Sunday Ticket subscription, then $50 on top of it to access it on PS3.
PS3 users looking to opt into NFL Sunday Ticket without a DIRECTV subscription will have to shell out a hefty $339.95
It's cool they are bringing it to PS3, but for that price they may have wasted their time.
Yeah, WAY too high. I do think it's cool, though.

Which is a epic failure still on sony's part. I don't buy anything on PS3 for that exact reason.
