Edit - I will say, the new version is nice. The new formatting tools actually work great and are easy to use. Just sucks having to completely edit a ton of posts that were all full of tables.
Yeah, and had I realized beforehand the conflict, I would have either figured something out or polled everyone.

That said, you MIGHT be able copy the text into notepad or word and do a find/replace for | and replace it with [/td][td]. You would still have to add the [tr] to the front of each row.
